If making provision for a switched 13 amp socked adjacent to the light source location in the loft space is not practical, then this 48 watt LED power supply may be the answer. Wire it into the lighting circuit and control your star ceiling display from a standard wall switch. This transformer will power any of our MiniLED range of light sources.
