Unlike the single colour LED flex strips, which simply need a transformer, the RGB flex strips, rigid strips and ribbon need a controller through which you select colours and colour change effects. So, your first step is to decide on the level of control that you want. Our mini controller allows you to select static colours and simple colour change sequences. If you simply want the ability to choose a "colour of the evening" then this may be the best option.

Our more expensive DMX controller offers more control over colours, with smooth transitions and the ability to select specific Red, Green and Blue values to create custom colours.

It can also work with a standard DMX signal generator (DMX console, PC with effects generator software). As a stand-alone unit it is very easy to set up and use. When this controller is switched off and then on again it remembers the last input and resumes the programme.
