Light tubes are a way of adding a bit of colour to a room's lighting scheme. They work best where the fibre optic lighting is not overwhelmed by normal room lighting, and the effect is partly determined by the finish of the wall or ceiling where the colour wash is to be projected.
Colourwash effect of the tube
This tube was place in the corner of a room after dark simply to demonstrate the effect.
The tubes can be used as up lighters, down lighters and vertically throwing a colourwash across the wall.
